Eric did a thorough service of my bike and it now feels great. He phoned me to explain and discuss additional work which was needed. Responded quickly to my initial email and was able to offer next day service.

Eric serviced my bike before I went riding in the Peak District. He did a great job and managed to source the replacement parts I wanted with ease.

Eric was very professional and did a great job on my bike. He was very friendly and offered me some advice to help improve my riding experience. It has been very hard getting into normal bike shops since COVID but Eric fitted me in at a time that suited me and did the job quickly so I wasn't without my bike for too long and didn't miss out on any rides. I will definitely be using On Your Bike Repairs again in the future and would highly recommend.
